"Lockers for clothing"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Lovely new unit the staff are friendly, but the downside is there are no lockers for your clothing, so you have to drag you're clothes from one part of the unit to another, if you walk with a stick it's very difficult moving from one place to another, with a large bag of clothes, surely a locker would be more secure and less cumbersome for patients.

Dear Kathrine

Thank you for your feedback about your recent experience in our Endocoscopy Unit and for your kind comments about our unit and our staff.

I was sorry to read that you had to struggle to carry your belongings as I would expect our staff to help you with this. I take on board your suggestion about lockers and we will certainly discuss this as a team.

I have shared your post with all our staff and I hope that you have made a good recovery following your procedure.

Kind regards

Gill
