What I liked

I went to casualty with a whiplash injury after driving to work.

I liked the fact I only waited 45 mins to be seen, I liked the fact the waiting system was clear and obvious to me as an out of area user. I liked staff who cared and communicated clearly and efficiently my injury and my recovery. A well organised team, professional with good bedside manner.

What could be improved

Not much.

I forgot what good hospitals are like! So keep up the excellent work! I know where Im

going if I ever get ill again!
