What I liked

excellent speed, reception and care in A and E following a fall and fracture

speed of transfer to Capener

cleanliness of all facilities and regularity with which saw staff cleaning their hands

such good humour amongst a committed, caring and efficient staff

care taken in checking who I was and keeping me informed of likely process during the next 24 hours

the care and precision taken in dealing with my questions

food v g and hot

the consultant, as all professional staff incl physios, was quick, efficient and they obviously were well aware of my notes

What could be improved

Frankly I thought everything was 10/10 - not necessary to have 2 signs on the lavatory - the card sign twice was not turned back to vacant which was irritating as one cannot see the on-off switch from the of the ward

Anything else?

I think it should be better advertised that weekly parking at £5 is good value bearing in mind no one wants to pay

The reception area is now smart and welcoming and two lots of visitors, whilst I was awaiting collection, said 'gosh, how posh'.
