What I liked

I attended emergency. The employee on the reception desk had perfect service skills. He was polite, professional but personable throughout. The nurse/doctor in Assessment 2 was fantastic. The time and care she took to analyse what was a suspected foot fracture made me feel very confident. She had such a calm and methodical approach to the assessment and I was left feeling very grateful for the NHS.
