About: University Hospital Monklands / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 9)

(as the patient),

Im one day post op, I had my tonsils removed at Monklands hospital and despite the discomfort from surgery I had a good experience, from arriving at day surgery reception to getting home each different professional I came into contact with were great the surgeon, anaesthetist and recovery team made me feel at ease and relieved any anxieties I had. After my surgery I was taken to ward 9 where I was cared for by a great team! The nurses were lovely and very approachable. Kept me feeling upbeat and were happy to answer any questions. So thank you to everyone at Monklands hospital for the care I received. Natalie: )

Thank you for taking the time to post on Patient Opinion. Whilst I was sorry to hear you experienced discomfor from your surgery, I am delighted you had a very positive experience otherwise.
