Clinical treatment seemed fine. However whole experience spoilt by staff attitudes. Xray reception staff lacking any eye contact or warmth, referring to me by my diagnosis and not my name in a packed waiting room, consultant chatting across me for 5 min with HCA about the poor hospital 'management' before even acknowledging I was there, another consultant not having courtesy to acknowledge my husband when we went back for cancer results - all in all, very poor and suggests a very sloppy organisational culture. I am going to ask to be treated somewhere else.
