What I liked

I attended A&E on Sunday morning with an impressive nose bleed that I could not stop. Everone was very helpful, firstly the receptionist who quickly took my details and got me equipment to handle the very increasing flow,and got me seen promptly.The first nurse made me a bespoke 'bib' to protect my clothing(as well as taking history etc) and the doctor and nurse who treated the problem did so with kindness and efficiency liaising with ENT who did a great job of fixing the problem. So many thanks.
