What I liked

My 2 year old was treated at the A&E and COU, The staff were very thorough, patient, calm and helpful. Their explanations were clear and their concern for my daughter was apparent. Anyone who can sing 10 verses of "Wheels on the Bus" whilst they assist putting a canula in a wriggling toddler deserves praise, Likewise the staff nurse on the COU was fantastic.and could not do enough to help or explain.

What could be improved

Nothing.
