"Feedback change- I can now wear perfume"

About: St Andrew's Healthcare Birmingham / Moor Green

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I took my perfume story to the ward round and they have said it shouldn't be like that and it is going to change. I have a big smile now and I am very happy. Thank you.

Thank you so much for adding your story to Patient Opinion and I am really pleased to learn that your request was taken on board at the Ward Round and that you can now wear your perfume when you wish, it's always nice to feel fresh and smell nice and I can picture your big smile already.
