My twins were transferred to the special care baby unit at RDGH from Chesterfield. At RDGH they were looked after on a continuity level so us as parents got to know the staff and they got to know us. The staff were always happy tog o out of their way to give care, support and provide a warm atmosphere where we could ask questions. The twins got a high level of care. Staff were always cheerful and approachable. The only worst bit about our twins being at RDGH was the parking, but now thanks to RDGH they are 2 happy, healthy children.
