"Machine led No care"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Cardiology

Patient observed by machines, machines malfunctioning fir the past year, constant alarms going off and ignored. Staff rude when I pointed out that leads had fallen off patient - heart attack victim. Staff mostly in training, following procedurez but not applying care. No explanations given to patient. Patient discharged himself as he was continually in panic for 10days post heart attack - hooked up to very expensive machinery, observed with no word of outcome, no advice, no reassurance, dirty sheets, no toilet assistance, rubbish left on table on floor, urine bottles left. Two weeks later patient paid for private consultant to be told he needs urgent heart bypass and has hole in his heart not noticed at Queen Alexandra.
