"I have always been met with a smile"

(as the patient),

Having attended dermatology for the last 11 years I just recently had attention to my head. I have always been met with a smile and given every help with kindness. In the same month I had a cataract operation and again I had every care from all the staff. My dealings with Greenside Surgery had always been good, they are always patient and understanding,

So at 89 years old I would like to give a big Thank you to all the staff I’ve been in contact with.

I support the organisation in making sure that the voice of patients and the public is heard and used in planning services. This involves running events, managing surveys, and building networks with the local community.
