"Some staff were friendly"

About: Glenfield Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Some staff were friendly

What could be improved

Customer service

Communication between dept and staff and with patients and relatives,

Respect for the person-don't see people as conditions or patients

Anything else?

My husband was kept in hospitsal for two dyas=taking up a bed-waiting for a test that copuldnot be performed and because his results were not read correctly.

Staff dis not know that they had him on their wards.

I saw one nurse describe a patient to a porter as bay 6,i thought these sorts of things had changed in the nhs-but obviously not!
