I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in May 2009, the right side of my thyroid was removed, unfortunately it was malignant so the left side was removed. Then I attended Christie Hospital for further treatment over a period of months eventually getting the all clear from Dr Yap the specialist, who then referred me back to Mar Hargreaves at the Royal Bolton Hospital. I can only say that all the treatment I received was second to none, the care and attention and information all the way was superb. I have since attended Royal Bolton Hospital for a “rogue” ulcer on my nose, yet again I received 1st class attention. So in summing up you may have gathered that as far as I am concerned I could not have had better treatment. Many Thanks.
