What a lovely Occupational Therapist I have had the pleasure of being her patient, made me feel at ease from introducing herself, Im usually a anxious person but felt so relaxed in her care. I have had great help from her, including a house visit, where it felt like a friend was visiting not a health proffesional. Might I add that in my opinion this lady has went beyond her call of duty to help me. I very much appreciate this. I feel this person has also become like a friend to both myself and my husband. Well Done Claire, you have high standards, a credit to the NHS. Thank you

Dear 4444,

I will take great pleasure passing this to the OT team and Claire in particular. It will be a nice wee early Christmas present for her. It is a real tribute to Claire when you say she feels like a friend and I am sure this helped your recovery too. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this with us, I am sure Claire will be delighted.
