I did not like the way a particular member of staff spoke to me and the attitude was disgusting

I came to visit a family member who gave birth to there first child. We came on Sunday 30.04.10. She was in Japonica Ward and the time was around 4pm. There were 2 staff working in that ward. We were waiting outside the ward (Which in itself is appalling as there are no seating facilities for pregnant women or elderly people). When it was our turn to go in and see my sister, a nurse or midwife was extremely rude and abusive. They were threatening and refused to give their name (They hid their badge in her pocket) so that I may be able to complain.

This member of staff should not be allowed to work in an environment like that. Along with myself others who came to visit experienced similar abuse.
