About: The Royal Glamorgan Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Attented for pre assessment today.

Only one doctor and 2 nurses, one was rushed off her feet still finishing seeing to patients who had been there 6 hours.

Not enough seats and extremely understaffed. One young girl was sleeping on the chairs as she had been there nearly 7 hours waiting for blood results that had got mixed up. Theres an accident waiting to happen. They take bloods and are putting them aside for someone to label as its so busy. Patients standing around as not enough seats. Very chaotic.
