"An In Patients View"

I am currently an voluntary patient on Laurel Ward of this center following a period of trauma in my life.

I have found the place, safe, clean, welcoming and more than anything else, helpful.

The staff try there very best to make sure all are looked after and safe, which often conflicts with our perception of being safe and helpful.

with the exception of the weekend, my consultant has been on site from 8-6 most days and although very busy, they have never failed to say hi and make sure I am ok.

I would seriously give this place 6 stars if I could.

With it and the staff, the only thing i know for sure is I wouldn't be here now able to write this review.

Thank you for these thoughtful and positive comments. All the staff work hard to promote wellbeing for our patients and it is good to have this feedback. I am glad you have had such positive experiences on Laurel ward.
