Midwifes and Doctors were very good
What could be improved
Cleanliness!! There was blood on the floor of the labour rooms and in the bathrooms. I had asked on numerous occasions for the areas to be cleaned and it wasn't. It was disgusting and very worrying with all the scares about hygiene in hospitals.
Anything else?
very pleased the maternity unit is being refurbished as this needs massive improvement. I would not have another baby in this hospital in it's current state with the facilities being so dirty. The Labour Ward is not fit for purpose.
