i like that fact the nurses are hard working

What could be improved

i think the bed side manner to the patients are not very good on a certain ward. the porters and careres were laughing and joking over the top of my mother in law whilst they was transferring her from bed to the trolly talking about nights out and not listning to my mother in law. and when they was putting her back in bed they was laughing and joking. this is not very professional at all.

i feel this could be imporved alot and training the staff to be thoughtfull to the patients and chat after they have done there duties. its nice that they are happy and jolly but there is a time when they should be serious

i thank all the hard workers at the hopsital.

and some are over worked. and they was so busy they did not have time to unpack the bags and my mother in law did not think she had half the stuff she had.. no one washed her or combed her hair. ....she is old not dumb deaf or stupid, just because she is old and ill it does not mean she does not know what is going on.
