"Disappointed on my mum's return"

My mum was discharged from Rochester west extended Wednesday lunch time . On preparing her for her to go to bed and rest in the afternoon to my surprise I saw a very red mark a white skin bluish on her left hip near where have pressure sore is that was already being treated. I put a dressing on it and have been informed by the distinct nurse this afternoon that it is the beginning of another pressure. Of which I'm not at all happy about. And this is in the same area that two weeks ago I queried it looking red and my mum kept saying it was sore but was told it was ok. I'm very upset by this and hope that nobody else comes out with more then they went in with. Mum is very upset . I'm sorry until I saw this I was happy with the care but not now
