What I liked
Excellent doctor-patient and nurse-patient communication. I was taken by ambulance to A&E and seen quickly and had all the procedures fully explained to me. I was transferred to the Medical Assessment Unit on F9 where the nursing staff were very comforting and caring and my doctor conducted himself with impeccable manners and respect for me the patient. At no time did I feel nervous or worried by the conduct of any of the staff. I was regularly checked upon, brought water and food. The ward was kept very clean and any spillages were cleaned up immediately.
What could be improved
I cannot fault them.
Anything else?
The staff on ward F9 are a credit to the NHS.
