What I liked

My son had a freak accident to which the staff both at the BCH Burns Unit and the Outpatients Department have done an extremely wonderful job in fixing him. I cannot begin to thank all who were involved but the fact that BCH were outstanding and your staff were superb.

What could be improved

From my point of view I felt the kids' food was the only disappointment during our stay, it wasn't very exciting especially if you want the child to eat again. Better presentation would do the job and perhaps more choices.

Anything else?

TVs/DVDs/Videos keep kids happy when they are not well but it's no good having TVs that don't work or don't reach from the socket, so extension leads would be good and very helpful to the staff in a situation with noisy siblings or poorly children who want to watch telly.
