Thank you very much for taking the time to post on NHS choices about your experiences at St George's Hospital. We are very pleased to learn that you had a good experience which is of course always what we aim for. It is not possible to identify the area you were treated but your comments regarding poor communication have been taken on board and indeed there are already actions being taken to address this issue as it was identified in our National Patient Survey Results.
