"No results"

I went in to have an examination following my cervical screening results and was told I needed a biopsy taken which happened during the appointment. This was early October. It is now almost December and I have not received my results of this biopsy as of yet. Therefore I took it upon myself to contact my local Gp and ask them for information. They chased it up for me and contacted me via phone to tell me my results 3 days later. This was 15th november. I have stills not had a letter to tell my me results and

I have not had a letter from good hope giving me a new appointment for treatment which is still required. It has been over 7 weeks since my very first appointment and since then ive been the one chasing up my results. Think I need to be paid! Phone number doesn't work either so what's my next move!

Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for your posting.

I am sorry to read that there has been a delay in receiving your tests results and at the time of your posting, you had still not received your results in writing.

In addition I note that you had not received another appointment.

If you would be willing to provide further details such as your date of birth, address, contact number, together with information with regards to which appointment you are waiting for, as a Trust we would be more than happy to look into these issues.

You can do this by either contacting a member of the Patient Services Team on 0121 424 0808 or you can email your concerns to bhs-tr.Complaints-ConcernsandCompliments@nhs.net

Yours sincerely

Patient Services Team
