I liked how how we were seen very quickly. The nurses and the doctors were very polite, helpful and friendly.

Anything else?

I did not like the customer service provided by the receptionists at the front desk near the entrance. They were rude and impolite.

They were chatting amongst themselves, pretending to be working while I and others waited to sign in, and also when I needed to hand in my discharge letter. I feel this needs to be improved. You really need some freindly receptionists in that building!!
