What I liked

Nursing staff and support professionals were first class.

What could be improved

The surgeon was supposed to have informed me that one of the procedures had failed, but did not do so. The failed procedure left me bleeding and in pain.

I had to remind staff on discharge that I should have follow-on medication. This then had to be confirmed in my notes, by which time the pharmacy was closed. I had to return the following day to collect medication, but the pharmacy had issued me 25% less than the specialist had prescribed. I then had to return the next day to collect my missing medication.
