What I liked

Throughout my stay the staff who looked after me were superb. I was treated with respect and care. The adjustable beds were great - must get one for myself!

What could be improved

I was surprised to see that highly trained professional nurses were making beds and serving tea - presumably because of staff shortages. Nonetheless, they did all this with cheerful disposition.

Anything else?

I had my kidney removed because of a tumour and I am most grateful to the consultant and his whole team for their expertise and care. The nurses in the recovery room were so calm and caring, as were doctors and nurses on Ward 15. Thank you all so much.
