What I liked

The professionalism, caring atttitude, and friendliness of all the staff I met (at all levels from consultant to tea-lady). Especially the nursing and care staff in Dugdale Ward. They did a fine job with good humour over-riding some difficult situations.

What could be improved

It's one of the older wards and patient facilities could be improved (e.g. screen / radio etc at bedside) - when funds permit I guess!
