"I feel annoyed with the services"

About: Walton Hospital / Diabetic medicine

(as the patient),

I go to hospital and I got to wait for 2 1/2 hours. My appointment was in the morning and I was waiting to be seen by the doctor, and everyone was getting seen to.

I ask the nurse how long before I see the doctor, they said I just got to wait and see him.

I feel annoyed with the services, I dread it everytime.

If they want to see me they should make it the last appointment so I don't have to be there for 2 1/2 waiting or they should be ready for me as I get there 10 minutes early to been seen to.
