In March I attended Manchester Eye Hospital for treatment. I thought the appointment was clear and the doctor, department and time of the appointment was good.
But the doctor was one hour late seeing me (they had a sign saying delayed) which I thought could have been better.
When I saw the doctor, I was sent for a ‘field test’ on my eye, immediately and it was at the same hospital which I thought was good. I had to have drops in my eye and a test (unpleasant procedure!)
Staff were nice and explained as they went along.
But I didn’t get the results on the day, it took 3 weeks. Results were good and I have to go back in 6 months.
I am registered partially sighted. Isn't it a bit stupid that the appointment card and map were really small when they know they're sending it to someone with partial sight?
