"Poor attitude of reception staff"

(as the patient),

The attitude of most of my local practice reception is poor. They have no manners,  especially to the younger patients. This should get looked at and its mainly from the older staff from the desk when you ask to make an appointment. The only time they are with out attitude is when the surveys come out for feed back for them.
