What I liked

Thank you to all the staff who were very polite and friendly to everyone, the hospital is very clean, i was seen quickly not much waiting, the staff never stopped working.

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

the following day i could feel more of the pain and phoned the minor injuries dept and spoke to the nurse who saw me on the sunday. he put my mind at rest and assured me that if there was anything on the xray they would be in touch. This put my mind at ease straight away.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback (via the NHS Choices website) your positive experience at Wharfedale Hospital.

I was pleased to learn that you found the staff polite and friendly, that you found the hospital clean and were seen quickly. I was also pleased to hear that once at home, when you were in pain, you were able to speak to the nurse who had previously seen you, and who provided you with reassurance.
