"Ear Operation"

I had an Ear Operation at the beginning of Apri. This operation should have took place in January, but due to an infection outbreak on the ward it was postponed twice. However, the secretary could not do enough to ensure i was not messed around and ended up finding a date that was suitable to me. The operation was a success and before, during and after i was looked after by the admitting staff, operation team, the Dr and the ward staff. I could not fault anyone and they all looked after me from start to finish. A big thanks to everyone!
