What I liked

I was a day patient on the Arthroscopic Day Ward where my treatment was first class, all the staff were friendly and helpful I could not have expected more

What could be improved

An idea of the operation time if possible and therefore a more realistic arrival time

Anything else?

4 different members of staff asking me the same question, dentures, jewellery etc etc.
