What I liked
The Triage Nurse, A&E Doctors could not be faulted, they were proffesional, polite and wanted to help.
What could be improved
Reception staff
Anything else?
The reception staff in a&e/xray were rude and would rather follow the rules than ensure patients got treated, they seam to believe that the hospital is for them and not the patients. The a&e triage nurse was superb along with the xray nurse. The a&e doctor could not apologise enough that he was not allowed to refer me to a specialist and that I had to get my GP to organise an apointment to see one of his coleagues theirby wasting the both Doctors precious time.
This hospital should realise that it is the medical staff who should make the call on the treatment not some useless beauracrat.
