What I liked
The outstanding professionalism of the staff in the Treatment Centre Short Stay Unit. The cleanliness. The atmoshphere of calmness in what is an exceptionally busy unit and the involvement I was given to make informed decisions about my treatment and care.
What could be improved
Quite seriuosley - nothing.

This was my second admission to this unit in 2 years. On both occasions the standards experienced far exceeded my expectations. What is a horrible process to go through was eased by the staff, and I went to theatre knowing exactly what to expect when I woke up. My pain was taken seriousley, dealt with and reassessed well. My discharge was smooth and well arranged. WELL DONE TO ALL
