The cardiology dept at MRI has a good reputation, but the outpatients clinic for congenital heart disease are always very busy and seem to be overbooked so there is a long wait to see a doctor. The space for waiting is too small and cramped and I find makes people feel uncomfortable. Sometimes there are not enough seats for patients to sit.
