What I liked

a few of the staff,cleanliness,food.

What could be improved

the attitude of the staff mainly the staff nurses,spoke to patients in a rude way and not sympathetic.

Anything else?

my op kept being delayed,but once done the surgeon did a excellent job.but i felt the staff nurses and some of the healthcare assistants did have attitude problems,and felt that i was a nuiseance to them when i needed something ie bedpan,pain relief.as i was on bed rest for 5days of my 8day stay,this was on ward 12.
