What I liked

Bright, open and airy reception area with plenty of people on hand - including volunteers - to answer questions and direct.

Very helpful people in person and a great sense of working towards a goal evident in teams.

I loved the machine telling me to have a nice day - but then I'm not small minded.

What could be improved

Customer contact over the phone is not good - apart from the main operator every phone contact I've had with RPH has made me feel like I'm simple and they are doing me a favour talking to me.

Some corridors seemed dark due to a lack of natural and artificial lighting - makes it feel a little backward in places which is a shame.

Anything else?

Overall - I've not had too much contact with the NHS so far and, hopefully won't in the future either but, what little I have had has been very positive.
