"New provider, much improved"

About: Brownlow Health @Princes Park

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been a patient at Princes Park Health Centre for many years.

In the past with previous provider: It was all right in the beginning but then all the good wore off. Then it became chaos. It was terrible. It was really hard to get an appointment. If you got to see a GP you had no longer sit down when you were out the door again.

Now with current provider Brownlow Health: I’m seeing Dr McKinley today. She is very nice. She was here years ago and it is good that she has come back. It is alright to get an appointment, no fuss. The surgery has really changed for the better in recent months. It is so much better. It’s not chaos any more.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback and for your positive comments. We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with the previous provider. However, we are glad to see you have noticed a change for the better since Brownlow Health became the interim provider at Princes Park and that you are now finding it a lot easier to access the appointment system.
