What I liked

Doctors and nurses really friendly and helpful.


What could be improved

Receptionsts not friendly at all. Short answer and not even a fake smile.I had to ask for each step to follow instead of being provided with the needed info. Maybe an improvement on communication skills course would help.

Long waiting could maybe be reduced by hiring more doctors and nurses. Medical staff in this hospital is excellent but due to high pressure might be that they are not doing their job properly, it felt like quick check check and pushing you to leave.

I coudnt book/attend any antenatal classes since these were fully booked till late this year and again the receptionist told me to look somewhere else but where!!!We will soon be parents without knowing how to care for our baby! Very disappointing!
