my dayghter was supposed to have Ankle repair surgery On 3rd November. Unfortunately it has been cancelled by the Doctor ( surgeon ) which was fine but we weren't informed. We found out when we went there for her admission .
It would of been less inconvenient and appreciated if we were informed in advance. I think it was really unprofessional to inform patient in the very last minute. Also the person who came to say it has been cancelled they didn't even say sorry . The hospitals admin department need to be improved on customer care .
