What I liked

my mother was given a side room away from a difficult patient. domestic staff were excellent, and so were the agency nurses . my mother had a bed wash and was kept in clean sheets.

What could be improved

they need to understand that nursing is about making sure patients also eat their meals, and to try to feed them if they can eat. there needs to be a trained person who has worked within mental health, who visits wards or is based there

Anything else?

visitors must be told to wear clean cloths when on a visit, and not to leave toilets in a filthy condition, i saw on a number of occasions, toilets being cleaned top to bottom, only to have them trashed soon as possible
