"I waited over 2 months for an appointment and it was cancelled"

After waiting a good 20 minutes in the recpetion i was finally seen by my GP who spent 1 minute looking at my feet before sighing and telling me that i had to resolve the problem myself. i told them i had tried every over the counter treatment to which they responded "they dont like having people reffered, they will be huffy about it". great way to make me feel like im just being an annoying patient. So i waited two weeks before being getting a letter to book my appointment online - two and a half months untill someone would even see me!!! two weeks later my appointment was cancelled and has yet, to this date, to be continued. And that was a month ago.
