"Excellent nursing care at Victoria Cottage Hospital"

I wish to thank all the staff at the hospital for looking after Jack so well from the domestic staff to the doctors and nurses.

Jack was in quarantine due to getting the super bug 3 times in hospital during the 9 weeks he was in. The nursing care he received was excellent - always clean, tidy, fed and well looked after.

As he was in quarantine he did become quite lonely as obviously the staff do not have time to sit and talk.

The OT was excellent as was the SW in ensuring that he was capable to return to home with their advice and help.

My only concern was the lack of knowledge and poor communication about his medical condition by the nursing staff. Otherwise not a place he relishes to return to but as far as nursing care went it was excellent.

Thanks for looking after him so well.
