The whole team were fabulous but in particular a lady called Val in the procedure theatre. She was truly supportive

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your patient experience at Solihull Hospital in General Surgery. I am so pleased to read that you found the whole team to be fabulous, but in particular, one of the Theatre Team called Val who was exceptionally supportive to you.

I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to the Theatre Management Team and General Surgery Team who can then communicate your feedback to all of their teams.
