What I liked

all of the staff i met were helpful with the exception of one,at times there was a total lack of communcations between all levels of staff which led to some quiet serious concerns, and a serious waste of resourses and if patients could not or were not well enough to raise questions this could have quiet serious impliecations.iwas also not happy at the way some of the staff treated the elderly who had no one to speak up for them

What could be improved

communication between all levels of staff. and care of the elderly.
