From my experience  the service seemed really random as to whether you will be called for your appointment like the doctor told you. When I did attend the whole thing felt chaotic. Overall really poor experience.

My apologies for not having replied to your message sooner - I have been out of the office.

I am sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience whilst attending the Ophthalmology clinic. If you feel you would like me to look into this further, please contact me on julietait@nhs.net or by telephone on 01856 888221.

We try to ensure our patients appointments at the hospital are as they would expect but sometimes things don't go so well and its only by hearing from patients such as yourself that we can look at what happened and try to improve.

I am sorry again that you have had cause to raise this concern and hope to hear from you in the near future.
