two cleaners commented on my wife's family being 'oh my god, they are in the way. This family is too large and get in the way!'

This was at a time just prior to my father in law's death. I overheard this unguarded comment and reported it immediately to a patient manager and whilst they acknowledged my complaint this person also failed to respond and get iun touch as she promised she would.

My wife's family is asian and they regard my father in law as the patriarch of the family and this was clearly a distressing time for them all.

I think the lack of response is very poor.
